All the people working at The Rooster – the core team is currently 9 strong – are carefully selected to bring a unique combination of personalities and skills sets, united by our passion for finding the best solutions to make your business – and therefore ours – stand out.

Hence the company name, The Rooster – a wake-up call for your business.

Annick Devillard

AnnickOver 25 years marketing, communications and consulting experience acquired locally and internationally across large corporations and smaller businesses in:

  • Consumer goods – UK & European Marketing Director, Seagram Wines & Spirits; VP Marketing & Strategic Planning , Seagram Global Brands; Marketing roles at Chesebrough-Ponds, Shulton, L’Oréal, Avon Cosmetics
  • IT – European Marketing Director, Dell Computers
  • Business services – European Business Development, The Henley Centre; Communications Director and UK Board Director, Added Value; Head of dotcom in recruitment at Barkers Norman Broadbent.

Founded The Rooster in 2001, working with a cross section of small and mid-size organisations including media, leisure, professional services, financial services, education, management consulting, consumer goods, health, packaging.

Holder of a business degree from ESCP Europe, she is a member of the Marketing Society, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications, London). She is a Trustee of Watford Workshop, a Charity that helps disabled people find work and sits on the Advisory Board of a number of organisations.

 

Caroline Marcuse

CarolineOver 25 years PR and Communications experience. As a freelance journalist, she has written extensively about perfumery and advised a wide range of organisations including cosmetics, fitness and education with their ad-hoc and on-going campaigns.

As well as producing press releases, newsletters, brochures and working on product launches, Caroline is experienced in magazine-editing and proof-reading.

Long-term assignments have included spells at Cosmetic World News and The Riverside Club.

Caroline is a graduate of the University of London where she read French and Spanish.
